Making butter was common in all Chaldean towns and villages in Mesopotamia for more than 5,000 years. Here is the process, place milk inside a large container made from cow or sheep skin. Shake the container back and forth while hanging it on a platform for at least an hour to thicken the milk into a beautiful natural better.
