Modren Chaldean Meal

Chaldean cuisine is very rich and diverse, due to the location of Chaldea, Mesopotamia at a crossroads of many cultures and civilizations. Chaldea Highlands form a bridge between Europe, Asia and the Middle East, while even Africa is not far. Because Chaldeans have been spread across the land from the Europe to the Mediterranean Sea, you will find Chaldean dishes with various world cultures. Some of the most important dishes to Chaldeans include Shish Kebab, with many different marinades, dolma and of course, Chaldean rice! There are countless dishes which few non-Chaldeans ever get to try, which are just as loved within the Chaldean community. Check out Adventures in Chaldean Cooking to make a few at home.
